PUNCTUALITY:
Our scheduling system allows for 15 minutes of tardiness. Guests arriving more than 15 minutes past their original appointment may be asked to reschedule or adjust their service to ensure our stylists do not run late for their next guest. If you find yourself running late. give us a call! We would be more than happy to help you with scheduling.
GRATUITIES:
Gratuities are at the discretion of our guests and are greatly appreciated. Our service providers appreciate you thanking them for the service they provided. We have envelopes here for you to leave
them a gratuity. Gratuities may only be accepted in cash.
PAYMENT:
We accept Visa, MC & Debit. For some services, a deposit may be required at time of booking. Personal checks are accepted with identification and are subject to a $25 return check fee.
CANCELLATIONS:
As a courtesy to the Changes staff, we ask that you give us 24 hour cancellation notice
